A crisis can also be something such as struggling with anger, loneliness, fatigue, financial worries, and a whole array of emotions that you might be going through. And when we’re dealing with a crisis, we might be carrying all the stress ourselves, carrying it on our shoulders, as we embark on this new chapter of our life.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: 'Segoe UI',sans-serif;">In this episode, I share a few tips that can help you move forward when crisis hits.
