304: Brian Carter - Amplified Impact Through Multiple Leadership Roles

Brian Carter has one of the most unique roles in the Cutco/Vector Marketing sales organization. He’s the Events Coordinator for the Texoma/Great Plains teams and Assistant Division Manager in the Texoma Division. His Highland Park team just won the Silver Cup as the #1 District office in Vector, and Brian contributed $350K in personal sales. He impacts both sales reps and managers at a very high level, leading through both influence and personal example. Brian has produced over $12.5 million in Cutco sales and is a member of the Cutco/Vector Hall of Fame.
