30. MMIWG: Lisa Marie Young

<p>Thanks to the Laura Palmer podcast Island Crime: “Where is Lisa” the disappearance of Lisa Marie Young is one of the most talked-about missing persons cases in Canada. </p><br><p>On the Canada Day weekend in 2002, Lisa Marie Young, a 21-year-old First Nations woman, went out to a Nanaimo nightclub to celebrate a friend’s birthday. </p><br><p>While outside of the club Lisa and her friends met a man in a red Jaguar. He offered to take Lisa and her friends to a house party. </p><br><p>In the early morning hours of June 30th, the man with the Jaguar allegedly drove Lisa to get some food.
