#3 - Knattering with the Knights - Mr Reid & Miss Jones

<p>This week Miss Jones sits down with another one of our PE staff Mr Deri Reid as they discuss serious injuries and their impact on sporting performance and general lifestyle.</p> <p>Both Miss Jones and Mr Reid have been subjected to major injuries and they discuss the implications of these on various aspects of their life. Miss Jones has had both of her knees operated on to deal with ACL and MCL ruptures, while Mr Reid recently returned from hip resurfacing surgery (the same surgery that nearly ended Andy Murray's tennis career).&nbsp;As a result, he now is made of titanium!</p> <p>This is a great episode for those who want to appreciate the impact of injuries but also how to develop the resilience required to overcome challenges.
