#3 - First Interactions in a More Formal Context

In this episode, we will look at how to introduce yourself in a formal way and also basic interaction in a formal setting. For this, keep in mind the formal greetings explained on episode one. We also explain the use of "usted", which means singular "you" in a formal context. <br /><br />Additionally, we study how to say  "pleased to meet you" , which is simply "encantado" (you say this if you are a man) or "encantada" (you say this if you are a woman) <br /><br />Diálogo:<br />Ana: buenas tardes.<br />Roberto: buenas tardes.<br />Ana: me presento, soy Ana Jimenez.
