3 Cooler Days w/Storm Chances; Then Dry & Hot Sun-Wed; Thu/Fri Storm Chances Return Ahead of Hot & Dry Sat/Sun

<p>Three more cooler days with scattered showers and storm chances in northwest upper-level flow and disturbances kicking out of the Rockies. The most organized were last night and again later this afternoon and evening and will have heavy rain potential and only a slight risk for severe weather.  The rain may be too late for fall crops already seeing drought stress and lower yields, but we should see pastures, lawns, and gardens green-up a bit.  Daytime temps will be in the upper 70’s and low 80’s and at night around 60.   Sunday and for the first of August high-pressure ridging will return from the west and move over the area with the return of 90-degree heat and dry conditions. </p>
