<p>Adam Rasgon, a journalist specializing in covering Palestinian affairs, is the co-author of a recent Foreign Policy profile of Hussein Al-Sheikh, the chief assistant of the Palestinian Authority's President Mahoud Abbas. He is also the chief PA's liaison to Israel.
