29. Playing With More Ease with Nicole Brûlé-Walker
FAD
Description

Nicole Brûlé-Walker, Movement & Breath Specialist has worked in the Therapy & Wellbeing industry for over 20 years. Her passion is human movement and finding simple solutions to restore balance and ease to both heal and prevent future injury. I don’t believe in repetitive strain. It simply comes down to imbalance being present in the body for too long. Recognizing it early allows for continued playing and practice. She has a private practice in North Yorkshire UK but is available for online consultations. She lives in a rural farmhouse with her husband & daughter Ava who is a Violist.

Instagram: @nicolebrulewalker @innatelifeforcemethod

YouTube: Nicole Brule-Walker, The Movement Mentor

Facebook: Nicole Brule-Walker

Website: Move Your Evolution

In this episode we talk about:

- The myth of repetitive stress injury

- Helpful tools for self-study and awareness

- Avoiding injury

- The importance of a holistic approach to wellness

Host info mentioned in the intro:

Instagram: @thealignedmusician

Website: kimberlyhankins.com

Email: thealignedmusician@gmail.com

Send me a tip: ko-fi.com/thealignedmusician

--- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/thealignedmusician/message
