28.29: Psalms 143, 69 and 40: Don't Panic! Cry out to God in Your Time of Need

<p>One of the unique characteristics of King David’s stories is that we &nbsp;don’t just have the historical accounts, but we have, in writing, his <em><strong>feelings</strong></em>. David wasn’t just a poet, he was a <em><strong>prophet</strong></em> — and I’m not sure he realized it. Many of his psalms are prophetic as they tell about <a href="https://giselleaguiar.com/2021/03/08/matthew-1-who-is-jesus-son-of-abraham-son-of-david-the-messiah-and-king-of-kings/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">Jesus, the Jewish Messiah (Yeshua Ha-Mashiach)</a>. &nbsp;We recognize it in hindsight — which, of course, is 20/20! In several &nbsp;of the psalms, David writes of things that could not have happened to &nbsp;him. We’ll see that in these psalms. If you look closely, you’ll see &nbsp;Jesus. Ask God to open your heart, eyes and mind to see Jesus.
