271: Puerto Rico's Civil Code Is Being Attacked

<div>Here is one story out of Puerto Rico you might not be hearing much about. This Wednesday, the island-colony's Senate is planning to vote on changes to the Civil Code. The problem is that some of the changes would severely limit the rights of different groups in Puerto Rico, from women to the LGBTQ community.
