26 July - Sts Joachim and Anne

Sts Joachim and Anne were the parents of the blessed virgin Mary. Mary is our role model towards living a virtuous Christian life, hence Saints Anne and Joachim can be an example and role model for all parents. Their feast day is on 26th July.
