25BPS Interest Rate Hike Is Dovish

There is an 80 basis point range in 2-year treasuries as investors are questioning the credibility of the Federal Reserve and the interest rate decision. I think they will take a page from the ECB playbook by following through. If they raise by 25BPS, that is almost a concession and a dovish stance," says Larry Shover.</p>
