2547: "Do not panic" - Geological Society on recent earthquake in Central Equatoria

<div>The Geological Society of South Sudan says the 5.0 magnitude earthquake that happened on the 31st of October in Central Equatoria was minor to cause damage. President of the Society Ajak John Ateng says monitoring seismic activity will be important for the anticipating future occurrences. Programme Director of the Society Youditha Moses Labana revealed that the society is in the process of securing a seismograph from the Geological Survey of India. </div>
