Vince served in the Army for 26 years with overseas tours to Korea, Egypt, Qatar, and Iraq earning the Bronze Star Medal. As an educator, Vince has taught face-to-face and distance learning over the past 20 years. He earned a BS in Systems Engineering from West Point, master’s degrees in Logistics Management, Education, and Strategic Studies, and a PhD in Education.
