<p>Working motherhood changes us. We are prepared for some of those changes. Others hit us like a sucker punch.</p> <p>No matter the form of the changes or how welcome or unwelcome they might be, we are the only ones who can make the required adjustments. We have to shepherd ourselves through the changes, which necessitates that we focus and adjust. This is not a job we can outsource!
