<p><strong>Welcome back to the Sutta Meditation Series Podcast.</strong></p> <p>In this Dhamma session <strong>we examine the Buddha's teaching to the devas on "what brings downfall to a person?" from the Parābhava Sutta (Snp 1.6)</strong>. The Buddha outlines 12 actions or qualities that cause downfall or decline. Due to these factors a person cannot make progress of succeed. </p> <p>This session focuses primarily on the <u>worldly or mundane perspective</u> of the Buddha's teaching.
