Bulking can often lead to people chasing a higher number on a scale without really seeing what there doing to themselves. Sometimes bulking can lead to poor health physically and mentally from: rapid weight gain, a unhealthy body fat percentage leading to low self esteem and a realisation that getting the fat off will take months.
