236: how to take care of yourself and why we don't know how

<p>My most often-cited quote is:</p> <p>"Whatever size and shape your body takes when you're taking the best care of yourself is the size and shape your body is meant to be."</p> <p>So few women seem to be able to understand what that actually means.
