22 Hilariously Bad Pieces of Advice You SHOULD NOT Follow

<p>We've all been there; someone who had some sought of authority said something to us, which at the time sounded like good advice but later turned out to actually be bad advice.</p><p>The thing is that we only get to find out that it was terrible advice later on after we have learned and unlearned new things. Sometimes the advice is so bad that it's ridiculous.</p><p>This person could be a parent, relative, friend, teacher, etc.</p><p>What is not in doubt is that they meant well, but they didn't know any better. Maybe they came from a different generation when things were done differently, or their life experience was different.</p><p>When this advice is on things such as money, career, or other important aspects of life, then it can cost you big time.</p><p>In this episode, Eddie and I share some of the worst life and money advice we ever received.
