<p>If you are anyone who is on a healing journey or has a life coach or even in therapy, I am sure you have heard any of these sentences:</p> <p>The body knows, the body remembers, the body keeps scores, It's in the body or feel it in the body, feel into the body...  and many more. Well, it's because the body truly is a gift we have, it is indeed our temple and it is vessel to truth, healing and wellbeing if only we are to listen and believe the body.</p> <p>In this episode I am in conversation with the incredible</p> <p>Mandisa Nduli, on the Wisdom of The Body. We cover what the body is, what it knows, it's relationship and connection to the mind and spirit, we cover movement and spend a lot of time on the practice of yoga and how it is one of the modalities to bring us into the body. </p> <p>in the second part of the episode we delve deep into healing, initiation, the wounded healer, teaching the things that we most need to learn and much more </p> <p>Bio</p> <p>Mandisa Nduli is a 33 year old Durbanite, who resides in Cape Town. She is a qualified Civil Engineer who has evolved into what she calls an holistic engineer for the past 8 years. This holistic engineering includes ,but is not exclusive to qualifications in 500RYT (Yoga), mindfulness/meditation, intuitive touch massage, access bars ®️, plant medicine and her latest addition being talk therapy. Talk therapy is where she does in person or distance energy healing and clearing.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you don’t find her on the mat teaching, she is either practicing yoga, reading, writing, dancing , in nature alone or with loved ones trying to fill her cup. She believes in the art of simplicity and loves to create a space, to feel the wholeness of any experience.
