2172: Child soldiers still a concern in South Sudan - Emmanuel Jal

<div>Former child soldier Emmanuel Jal says use of child soldiers are still a concern in South Sudan. Jal who’s a Canadian-South Sudanese is in the country ahead of the International Day Against the use of Child Soldiers which is marked on the 12th of February each year. Jal says the re-integration and rehabilitation process is the biggest challenge for former child-soldiers.<br> <br> </div>
