21 September - Saint Matthew

St Matthew was one of the 12 apostles of Jesus. Prior to meeting Jesus, he was an astute tax collector. His gospel has detailed accounts of Jesus’ teachings. He is the patron saint of bankers, accountants, and money changers. His feast day is on September 21st.
