2021 Legislative Update – January 25th

<p>Tom and Bre share about how the virtual session has started out and the improvements that are being made. We then discuss bills that are being considered that address things such as: net ecological gain, paid family leave. We also talk about this week’s SB 5172 and are encouraging Farm Bureau members to sign in to support this bill that would prohibit employers from being obliged to pay three years worth of retroactive overtime costs.</p>
