Meanwhile, President Joe Biden rolled up his sleeves for a COVID-19 booster shot. Just last week, federal regulators recommended a 3rd dose of the Pfizer vaccine for Americans age 65 or older. While the president has been pushing booster shots, millions of Americans refuse to get any shots. And over the weekend, the Taliban killed four individuals who had allegedly been taking part in a kidnapping. Former member of Congress and director of the American Center for Political Leadership at Southeastern University, Representative Dennis Ross, explains whether we should have expected this, even though the Taliban claimed they would rule in a kinder way. Finally this evening, a summer camp in Switzerland brought together more than 3 dozen young adults to discuss how to best protect the environment.
