Meanwhile, as the Senate continues to work on a $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill for roads, bridges, water and broadband, Republican Senators are warning about what's next: a Democrat-backed $3.5 trillion measure they say is packed with far-left political priorities to be funded by taxpayers. An opinion piece in the Washington Examiner said the Biden Administration's eviction moratorium is a step towards socialism. Washington Examiner Senior Columnist and American Enterprise Institute Senior Fellow, Tim Carney, joins to share why President Joe Biden used the CDC to enact this moratorium and whether it was legal for him to do so.
