200. Why We Stopped Fostering

<p><span>We, as a family, have decided to no longer foster, so we are spending the 200th episode of the podcast to talk about that decision and why we made it. We have learned that while our hands are always open, they are sometimes full, and we therefore sometimes have to say no.</span></p><p><span>Because of everything that we are juggling right now - including two of our children approaching graduation time, one of them just having entered adolescence, and three little ones that still need a lot of attention - we decided that this was the smartest move.</span></p><p><span>DCS also has a real need right now for families to take large groups of siblings which is something that our family just isn’t currently equipped for.
