I like to make sure that I have scheduled things to look forward to and that I’m prioritizing time with the community that I really want to invest in long term. Lately for me that looks like getting out onto the water and surfing, and spending time with people who make me feel fulfilled, content, and supported. I share examples of activities that you can do to take your stress levels down and create a sense of community.
