2 Corinthians 3:7-18 - Surpassing Glory

It's Transfiguration Sunday where we get a glimpse at the Glory of the Lord. However this glimpse was a quick one because soon Jesus would come down from the mountain and would head toward the cross. Although it wouldn't look like glory, it is at the cross that we see Christ's glory shine the brightest. At the cross we see the culmination of the New Covenant; at the cross we see the gospel. This is the message of surpassing, all-encompassing glory!
