<div>The chairperson of the Conflict Resolution and Reconciliation Commission in Warrap state, is appealing to the South Sudanese national government to carry out mass disarmament across the country.  Agang Lok Agany says removing illegal arms from the hands of civilians would help prevent inter-communal conflicts and sub-national violence in the country.</div>
