<p>This special release episode is inspirational episode with Dwayne Aikens. We featured Dwayne who is changing the face of philanthropy in his home town of Oakland, CA. Dwayne created a 501c nonprofit organization, We Lead Ours (WELO) geared to educate and mentor our youth. He built his business with $500 and no federal funds. With private grants funds only, he has successfully ran a business totally based on giving back.
