<p>In this episode of The Seed – The Startup Journey, I will be going in-person to a new restaurant on the Delmar Loop next to WashU – American Falafel to interview its founder Mohammed Qadadeh.</p> <p>&nbsp;American Falafel is a fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant that opened on May 30th, the same day that COVID cases in St. Louis reached almost 2,000 cumulatively.
