<p>Hi. It's me. I have to tell you something. Your excuses aren't valid.</p> <p>I know you think they are.</p> <p>They aren't.</p> <p>I've heard them all, I've used them all and I understand them. But...</p> <p>I want more for you. I know you want more for you, too. So, today I'm breaking down three of the most common excuses I hear related to why you can't do the work or why you can't get results and flipping the script.</p> <p>I don't do this because I'm harsh or mean, I do this because the only way to change is to change.</p> <p>If you change your mind, you can transform your life.</p> <p>If you aren't willing to change your mind, you probably won't change anything.</p> <p>So, your excuses aren't valid.
