With its spiritual aura, this trail has attracted millions over the years, becoming a beloved route for spiritual seekers, hikers, and tourists alike.</p><p>Beyond her role as an author, Meg is a seasoned marriage and family therapist, a loving mother of three grown-up children, and a devoted wife of 30 years. However, through our discussions, a recurring theme was the importance of nurturing one's individual identity and aspirations, a concept I've coined as "awesome adulting."
