She knew she had more inside of her and more to achieve and create in life but just didn't know what and how. She had so many limiting beliefs and fears and just didn't really know where she was going and what she was doing. However, she knew there was something big out there for her and knew she had to grow herself and mindset to allow herself to find it all and achieve it all. </p> <p>For so long, Sophie allowed traumas/things/fears/people/conditioning to hold her back and consume her life but while working with me she has had MASSIVE growth within her mindset, internal world and external world.
