<p>Spiritual bypassing is the idea that we can use our spiritual practices to avoid doing the hard work of addressing earthly concerns. It can also mean putting on a happy, &quot;good vibes only&quot; persona so that we don&#39;t have to experience our hard, painful emotions. It&#39;s normal to want to feel better right away, but true growth and self-care only comes from honestly addressing our reality.
