181. It's 2023, It's Okay To Admit You Want A Relationship

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">PAUSE. Before you go any further, let me start by saying this:</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you truly, deeply, in your heart of hearts, DO NOT WANT a relationship? That’s great. That is absolutely great for you.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But more often than not, when I come across people in my coaching and personal life who claim they don’t want anything to do with relationships…the truth is something very different.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">If you’ve had to convince yourself of all the reasons why you don’t actually want a relationship, why they’re too much trouble, why it’s not worth it…guess what? It’s not that you don’t want a relationship…it’s that your ego can’t take another minute of wanting what it THINKS it can’t have.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Even if this feels better in the moment, this kind of denial and suppression…it’s not serving you, friends. Not even a little bit.
