<p class="p1">Avoiding the Holiday Blue is about holiday depression and loneliness. Family and friends should remember, there are many single individuals ok with singleness, and absolutely love themselves. However, some would like to bond with others and/or attend some festivities with others during the holiday periods. Whereas there are other individuals who struggle with singleness during the holidays, falling in depression, which can limit them for being open to invites and holiday opportunities.
