<p>This quick little reminder may not be about what you think! For many people, accountability partners are SO KEY for their ability to be consistent at a movement practice. And there's no doubt that accountability is known to help us stick to goals in many arenas of life. BUT - when we are trying to heal our relationship to exercise, accountability partners can actually interfere with your ability to listen to your body.
