<div>The World Food Programme says it will suspend food assistance to more than 100,000 displaced people in the camps of Wau, Juba and Bor South because of funding shortages. <br> <br> </div> <div>The suspension will last three months, effective October 2021. <br> <br> </div> <div>WFP requires 154 million dollars to provide food assistance in sufficient quantities. <br> <br> </div> <div>WFP Spokesperson Marwa Awad told Radio Miraya that they ran a campaign that prepares the affected communities for the food aid suspension.<br> <br> </div> <div>The food aid suspension will, however, not affect mothers and children between six months and two years of age who live in the camps.<br> <br> </div>
