<p>Mitch released a video of himself during one his lowest points in life and not only did it go viral, but he is changing the mental health space because of it.</p> <p> </p> <p>At 25, he gave up his job as a product-marketing manager with Microsoft, leading some of the companies biggest launches in the hardware space, to start one of the worlds fastest online mental health initiatives - Heart On My Sleeve. </p> <p> </p> <p>Mitch was very generous with his time and with what he shared with me.
