17 - Esther

The Book of Esther occurs chronologically during the 60 years between Ezra 6 & 7. It is unique from other books by the fact that God is never mentioned by name, by title, nor prayed to, nor worshiped. Yet there is no other book that tells of the work of the hand of God in human affairs without mentioning His name. He is working covertly for His people. Truth 1: God is at work even when we don't see Him. Truth 2: The Bible has assured us God is going to care for you Truth 3: The Promises of God are unbreakable.
