1695: Sudd Institute closed down by authorities

<div>The Executive Director of the SUDD Institute says the organization has been closed down and four of their staff members were arrested for unclear reasons. <br> <br> </div> <div>This comes a few days after a policy analyst with the institute, Abraham Awolich, and other academic and concerned citizens formed a pressure group to advocate for a peaceful and just society. <br> <br> </div> <div>The Executive Director and founder of the SUDD Institute, Jok Madut Jok, says it is not yet clear if the closure is in relation to the declaration. <br> He spoke exclusively to Miraya's Hellen Toby.<br> <br> </div>
