169. Helping our teens deepen their relationship with Jesus (with Angela Perritt)

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I hear from so many moms about today’s topic. And joining me in the studio for this conversation I have Angela Perritt, who has just released a beautiful new bible called,</span> <a href= "https://www.amazon.com/Young-Women-Greatly-Cloth-Comfort/dp/0785238859?ref_=ast_sto_dp"> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Young Women Love God Greatly Bible</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. We are going to dive into the topic of how we help teen girls or teenagers in general, build their relationship with Jesus. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">I hear from a lot of women, that they read the Bible but they don’t know what steps to take next. Angela and I talk about what those steps could be and how to go beyond just reading the scripture. Angela wants women and moms out there to give themselves grace and know that it’s okay to have questions and have doubts.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We go over the wisdom and lessons we want the young women or any teenager that are under our guidance, to have in their lives when walking with God and to know it is okay to not understand the first time or to make mistakes – each experience is going to be a new meaning. You don’t have to know everything, every time. </span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You need to do what is best by asking and praying because this is your relationship that you are building with the Lord, so it will not look like everyone else’s.
