165: Why I Had To Stop & Change

<p>I realized I needed to stop and make a change. My actions were supporting something that didn't seem to align with my values. She's what I had to do and why I had to change. It wasn't fun, but I'm so happy I did it. </p> <p>Life gets better when your actions support your values. Yes, sometimes it's tough to do. The effort is worth it, though.
