<p>Squatter, Spray Paint, and Severed Water Lines, Oh My!</p> <p> </p> <p>We have Joe Cohen on the show today sharing one of his past projects. This one is loaded with many lessons learned along the way. From dealing with an angry squatter to unbudgeted hot dogs, Joe never gave up and got this project to the finish line!</p> <p> </p> <p>Joseph Cohen has extensive knowledge and background in the real estate<br /> and mortgage industry. With a focus and passion in Real Estate, he received his<br /> license in 2002 and became a top performing agent and loan specialist for<br /> IndyMac Bank and Countrywide. He then managed his own successful<br /> mortgage brokerage firm from 2006 through 2008. He is also licensed in<br /> Property & Casualty, Life & Health Insurance and has directed his own insurance<br /> agency before joining a large insurance company for eight years as the business<br /> development and sales manager. While there, he built valuable relationships,<br /> and through strategic planning and leadership was able to grow the agency. Joe<br /> was then recruited as a marketing field representative for the second largest<br /> earthquake insurance provider in California.</p> <p>A California native, he is an entrepreneur with a passion for inspiring others<br /> to perform at their highest level. He has been married to his wife Stacey for 16<br /> years after meeting on a dating website and then realizing they attended the<br /> same high school and grew up in the same neighborhood. Together they enjoy<br /> renovating their home and spending time on the beach as well as traveling with<br /> their labradoodle, Molly.</p> <p>Joe is an avid waterman who enjoys surfing, fishing, and diving. He devotes<br /> his free time in giving his time and energy to such charitable organizations such<br /> as Surfer’s Healing, Polycystic Kidney Disease Foundation and others, He is<br /> dedicated to growing his Real Estate portfolio and helping others achieve the<br /> same goals.</p> <p> </p> <ol> <li>Social Media Links
