<div>The start of the next round of talks between the government and the South Sudan Opposition Movement Alliance (SSOMA), have been delayed by concerns about the security of delegates. <br> <br> </div> <div>Speaking to Radio Miraya on the line from Rome, Paolo Implagliazzo the Secretary-General of Sant’Egidio community a body mediating between the government and the SSOMA said they are working out mechanisms to ensure the delegates travel safely to Rome for the talks.<br> <br> This comes after a member of the National Salvation Front allied to Gen Thomas Cirillo was killed in Kampala-Uganda.  Gen. Abraham Wana was attacked at his Kampala home in April.<br> <br> </div> <div>Paolo Implagliazzo spoke to Radio Miraya in this interview.<br> <br> </div>
