1614: CEPO happy with the move to speed up implementation of security arrangements

<div>Community Empowerment for Progress organization, Executive Director Edmond Yakani, has welcome the decision by the presidency to speed up the implementation of the security arrangements stated in the peace agreement.<br> <br> </div> <div>He has however expressed concerns over the delay in the implementation of chapter two of the agreement.<br> <br> </div> <div>Yakani expressed worrying that the presidency has not addressed the prevalent insecurity in the states and recent attacks on humanitarian aid workers across the country.<br> <br> </div> <div>In a statement released on Tuesday, the presidency resolved to accelerate the graduation of unified forces and establishment of a unified command, among other resolutions.<br> <br> </div>
