16: 10 Lives Lost

<p>Hi my messy friends - in this episode, we honor ten lives tragically taken by a white supremacist in Buffalo NY on March 14th, 2022. Thank you to my friend Chloe who created the list of names and brief descriptions that I share in this episode.</p> <p>I ask you to please not shy away from potential discomfort, which can inherently perpetuate white supremacist culture. I lovingly challenge you to be here with me. To feel it and be here and breathe.
