<p>Today I’ll be talking to Virginia Luther, Virginia is a managing director at The Spectrum Companies, a commercial real estate firm in Charlotte NC. Her mission is to grow the company through development opportunities, office acquisitions, and leasing/management assignments. Virginia is a bold go-getter professional. Starting her career as a property manager, she quickly gained an understanding of how buildings work and what’s important to potential tenants.  With many years of experience as an office leasing broker, She has participated in over 1 million square feet of lease transactions for large nationwide companies. I love that Virginia is proactive and intentional in participating in industry events, gaining visibility and establishing a unique personal brand for herself.</p>
