15% Inflation = Winter of Discontent!

<p>It is now being suggested by EU that inflation may hit a "worst case scenario" of 15% this winter. This is predicated on Russia turning off the taps, however, and I don't think this will happen. But the true level of Inflation is already well into double digits!
